Your first visit to the practice of Kenneth M. Comer, D.D.S. establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. Financial Policy
Payment is due when services are rendered unless prior arrangements in writing have been with a financial officer.
For your convenience we accept all major credit cards.
We also accept CareCredit, Springstone patient financing, AllCare patient financing and Advance Care Card. Each financial institution is independent and offer different rates including some no interest plans and also extended payment plans.

We gladly accept all major insurance.
All insurance information are "estimates only" and is dependent on you insurances policies, benefits used this year (which may have occured at another office), and eligibility. As a courtesy we will file your insurance but any unpaid balances after 90 days is the patient's full responsibility regardless of insurance coverage.
Fees quoted are good for 90 days and don't cover any unforseen or unexpected dental conditions that may arise.
A $200 appointment reservation deposit may be necessary for any appointment over 90 minutes in length. This is nonrefundable if cancelled or moved with less than 2 BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE (M-TH).
We accept all major insurance and will galdly file them for you.
